H.A.P.P.Y. -project

“Brilliant project – a simple idea framed in a simple way.”

(Person on the autism spectrum who participated in the H.A.P.P.Y project)

H.A.P.P.Y. is a programme that results in a personalized workbook for a young person on the autism spectrum with suggestions for activities that are concretisations of 10 evidence based wellbeing strategies.

With ‘young people‘ I mean every person between 0 and 99. Trying to stay and feel young is a part of every happiness plan….

If you are a professional who wants to work with the H.A.P.P.Y. materials and you want to become a H.A.P.P.Y.-coach, you will find more information about the programme in these documents: ENGLISH NEDERLANDS

The first H.A.P.P.Y.-coach training started in May 2021.
It was fully booked. Several other trainings followed. There are now more than 100 H.A.P.P.Y.-coaches in 15 different countries. Some of them have a license.
